Cancellations and Refunds

KOHO NEST products are made-to-order and produced with care using 3D printing techniques. Because each item is crafted specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged in transit.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@kohonest.in. Beyond this window, your order moves into production and cannot be cancelled.

Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged :

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kohonest.in.
• Include your order number and clear video of the item and packaging.
• Please make unboxing video (without any cut or pause) when the package is opened, without video No Claim will be accepted.
• Claims for damage that occurs after unboxing or during assembly (including cracks due to pressure) are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds  
Post the review and approval from our team, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: We do not accept returns for personal preferences, damages due to mishandling, minor cosmetic differences, or natural material variation due to the 3D printing process.
