Refund policy

KOHO NEST products are made-to-order and produced with care using 3D printing techniques. Because each item is crafted specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at nest.koho@gmail.com. Beyond this window, your order moves into production and cannot be cancelled.

Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged :

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nest.koho@gmail.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds  
Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: We do not accept returns for personal preferences, minor cosmetic differences, or natural material variation due to the 3D printing process.
