Welcome to www.kohonest.com (“Website”). KOHO NEST (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides website features and sells 3D printed decor products to you when you shop from or browse this Website, subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

By using this Website, you agree to be legally bound by the terms mentioned herein and enter into a contract under the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.


1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use this Website and place an order. By using the Website, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into binding agreements.

2. Our Products
  • All KOHO NEST products are made-to-order using sustainable 3D printing technology.
  • Variations in texture, layer lines, or slight surface inconsistencies are a natural part of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
  • Product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and lighting.
3. Order Acceptance & Processing
  • Orders are considered confirmed once full payment is received and you receive an automated confirmation email.
  • KOHO NEST reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
4. Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We accept payments via secure third-party gateways only.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
  • KOHO NEST reserves the right to update pricing and product availability without prior notice.
5. Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days from confirmation.
  • Standard delivery timeline: 5–7 business days post-dispatch (may vary by location).
  • Express delivery timeline: 3-4 business days post-dispatch (may vary by location).
  • Standard Shipping is free on orders. For Express Shipping, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies.
  • Tracking details are shared via email once dispatched.
  • Multiple products ordered for different addresses will be treated as separate orders.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@kohonest.in.
  • As products are custom printed per order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, size/color dissatisfaction, or aesthetic preferences.
  • If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content — including but not limited to logos, product designs, 3D models, text, visuals, and branding — is the intellectual property of KOHO NEST. Any reproduction, resale, or commercial reuse is prohibited without written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:
• Use the Website for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with or damage the Website’s functionality
• Transmit viruses or malware
• Harvest or scrape data without explicit consent
• Post unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene content

KOHO NEST reserves the right to block or remove any user who violates these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

KOHO NEST is not liable for:
• Any indirect or consequential loss
• System downtime, third-party logistics failures, or delays
• User misuse or misinterpretation of the product

Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
